President Bolsonaro is once again submitting to Congress a bill “PL 191” which would allow the mining industry to exploit the soils of indigenous lands so far protected by the Brazilian Constitution. O presidente Bolsonaro está mais uma vez submetendo ao Congresso um projeto de lei “PL 191” que permitiria à indústria de mineração explorar os solos de terras indígenas até agora protegidas pela Constituição brasileira.
